Therapist Positions:

We are looking to immediately hire a spectacular, dynamic, part-time, seasoned Speech Therapist to provide clinic based intervention, in addition to supervising a SLPA. Clinic-based services are provided at our Rancho Cordova clinic.  We help children with a variety of needs in the clinic. Creativity with program development in the clinic and bilingual skills a plus! We are looking for someone available weekdays between the hours of 3 to 6 pm. This is a great opportunity for school-based therapists looking for after school hours in a clinic setting. Our therapists are able to provide quality of care because we respect their work/life balance, and assign manageable caseloads.

Job & Education Requirements

  • Completion of ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

  • Current state licensure as a speech-language pathologist.

  • BLS Healthcare Provider CPR certification required.

  • Graduate of an accredited speech-language pathology program: master’s or doctorate degree in speech-language pathology.

  • Background check and fingerprinting


Ideal candidate will demonstrate

  • Critical thinking, complex problem solving, decisive judgment, and the ability to

  • Work with minimal supervision.

  • Must be organized, balance multiple priorities and take appropriate actions.

  • Computer proficiency in word processing/typing.

Pediatric Physical TherapistWe are looking to immediately hire a part time seasoned pediatric Physical Therapist to provide early intervention and clinic based interventions. Experience with children with Autism a must. Bilingual skills a plus.


Clinic Based and Early Intervention:

  • Provide developmental assessments and treatments

  • Complete biannual progress reports utilizing standardized developmental assessment tools to record delays in the developmental milestones and setting goals to reach milestone outcomes.

  • Consult with parents and other service providers to improve the quality of child's outcomes, develop solutions, and plan curriculum.

  • Submit progress reports and daily therapy notes.

  • Create engaging treatment program.

  • Maintain records and complete reports as needed.

  • Create engaging treatment program.

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary team.

  • Attend IFSP, IEP and/or meetings as requested/directed.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.



Current state licensure with the California Physical Therapy Board

BLS Healthcare Provider CPR certification required

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.

Fingerprinting and background clearance through Department of Justice and FBI

Proof of negative TB test within the past twelve (12) months.
